Instructions for Authors
Questions? Contact Will Durfee,
Conference Program Chair.
Consult the conference web site for important dates. Preliminary two
page abstracts are used for peer review. The preliminary abstract and
the final, camera-ready paper are formatted in 2-column IEEE style and
converted to PDF. Information on IEEE style is provided later in this
document.
Abstracts and final papers in PDF format are submitted by email to dmdpapers@me.umn.edu.
In the subject line of the email put "abstract for 2007 dmd conference"
or "final paper for 2007 dmd conference"
Direct any questions to Will Durfee, University of Minnesota, 2007 DMD

Format for Papers
The format for abstracts and final camera-ready copy of contributed papers
follows the IEEE EMBS conference paper format. A Word template is available
on-line (papertemplate.doc, 60 Kb Word
doc).
Preliminary abstracts are two pages and final papers are no more than
four pages in IEEE 2-column format. Paper size is US Letter (8-1/2 x 11
in.). While it is recommended that the preliminary abstract be in 2-column
format, a single column, single spaced document is also acceptable. All
submissions are in PDF which means you have final control over the output
and can use any program you like to input the document.
