Poster Instructions

All posters are presented in the conference poster session, Tuesday April 15, 3:30-5:00 PM in Ballrooms A-D.

One of the authors must be at the poster during the entire poster session.

Your poster should be no larger than 45 inches wide by 45 inches high. A suggested size is 45 inches wide by 36 inches high. The poster board stands have a tackable surface. Push pins will be provided.

Please follow good design principles in preparing your poster. The title should span the top and be in letters that are at least one inch tall. General guidelines for poster design and formatting are available at http://www.me.umn.edu/labs/hmd/lab/docs/posters.html

Shortly before the conference, the accepted poster abstracts will be posted on the conference web site. Your abstract will be assigned a number which corresponds to your numbered location in the poster show venue. You will be able to set up your poster any time after 2:30 pm on April 15. Please be ready to go at 3:30 and please have one of the authors by your poster at all times.
