All conference speaker and poster presenters, as well as all conference session organizers must complete the form on this page. Information entered on the form will be used to populate the web and print versions of the final program.
Talk titles, abstracts and bios should be entered now, but can be changed up until March 1, 2008 by filling out a new form. If you can't fill in the complete abstract or bio right now, write a one sentence version for use on a temporary basis.
Session organizers should enter a bio and provide a brief description of session content in the abstract box.
The DMD Conference creates a conference CD containing the presentations and mails it to all registered attendees several weeks after the conference. The conference would like your permission to include the PowerPoint slides of your presentation or poster on the CD. The CD will have the images in a locked PDF format (read/display, but not edit) without movie clips and without speaker notes. For those who give permission, we will take a copy of your presentation at the conference.
After filling in the form, please register for the conference, which is a separate process. Use the on-line conference registration form Under Type of Registrant and under Payment Category select "Presenter or Session Chair." Speakers may attend their session for free and may attend the rest of the conference at the University of Minnesota faculty rate.
